What do you need?
In all learning, as when you travel, when you look at a map, you must first determine where you are (your level) and where you want to go (your goal). Once the starting and ending points are known, it is possible to establish the route, i.e. the most suitable path, the fastest if possible, to reach your destination.
This trip is composed of different lessons, different notions to tackle, whether it is grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation. You will have to listen, learn, understand, write, speak, repeat, make mistakes, start over, practice as much as you can 🙂 But don’t worry, I will be there to accompany you and hold your hand if needed! The first free lesson will be used to evaluate your level and your goals.
What is the best way to learn French fast?
Have fun
The goal is for you to learn French quickly. First of all, I am convinced that a serene environment is necessary. We learn better in a relaxed, pleasant, joyful context than in a tense, stressed and severe atmosphere. Thus, since French classes are good times, you will want to come back and continue your efforts.
Practice
The golden rule of all learning is practice. The more you practice, the more you progress. Lessons with your teacher are obviously important because you need feedback to know if you are on the right track. Especially for the speaking part, your teacher will be able to tell you if he understands what you are saying. But outside of class, for learning to be effective, it is important that you practice as much as possible. It is your responsibility to spend time reviewing the lessons we have learned together and practicing through online exercises.
Get organised
More concretely, in terms of organisation, the way to learn French that gives the best results is the following:
- You discover and study one or more lessons online before our next class.
- You come to class with questions about what you have studied.
- We clarify doubts together, with explanations and examples.
- We practice together, especially in speaking, with exercises and role-playing.
If you haven’t had time to study before our class, no problem! In this case, we will go over the lessons together during the course.
